The latest update to the platform incorporates new features in emails. Add attachments and schedules them for whenever you want.
New features in emails
We have added new features to existing emails. From now on, in the “Emails” section within the event, you will be able to:

- Add attachments such as PowerPoint presentations, slides, Excel files, etc. with a limit of 25 MB.

- Add an extra button in your email to redirect your audience to external links. You can do this from the content editing section of your email, where you can define the button text and the destination page.

- The two reminder emails also allow you to schedule the day and time prior to the event when you want them to be sent.

- Finally, we have divided the post-event email into two, one for registered spectators who attended the event and one for those who did not attend. This will allow you to generate different texts, different attachments, and different calls to action. Both emails will be sent at the same time you have scheduled them.

All these settings can also be configured in your event template. To do so, there is a specific section called “Emails” where you can modify the texts, attachments, and call to actions. In this case, the scheduling must be done within Live Studio because it will depend on each event.
