In the workspaces of the Watchity platform, there are two types of user roles: administrator or editor.
By default, the profile that creates a workspace is set as an administrator. This is the one who can invite editors to their workspace.
To invite a new user, the workspace administrator must:
- Access the “Settings” tab of the workspace.
- Click on the “Invite user” button.
- Provide a contact email of the new editor, to be able to send the invitation to collaborate in the workspace, or send him a custom invitation link.
- The invited user must accept the invitation received.
- Click on the “Invite user” button.
