Have you been involved in your own event as a speaker and can’t keep an eye on the Studio at the same time? Do you want to provide autonomy to your speakers so they can run their own events?
At Watchity we have developed different functionalities that will allow you to do this. Firstly, we have added the option to include the basic broadcast controls of the Studio in your Speaking Room. You can start the broadcast, pause it or end the event when you have finished.
You can activate the Studio controls for your events through the templates. If you select the checkbox in the image, when you create an event it will include these buttons.
Once inside the event, the speakers will have visible buttons to control the start and end of your broadcast as shown below:
Once started, the control will be modified so that you can pause the broadcast.
This way, you will be able to focus on your participation without having to keep an eye on the studio at all times, or you will be able to allow external speakers to autonomously run events in your workspace. This can be very useful in use cases such as trainings with external speakers or if you don’t have a person operating each and every one of your events.
