In this section you can configure if you want to send automated emails and design them.
Watchity allows you to enable automated mailing at different times in the event:
- Registration confirmation mail will be received as soon as the attendee fills in the registration form.
- Event Reminder emails can be activated 1 day before or 1 hour before.
- Finally, a thank-you email can be activated at the end of the broadcast to viewers who have attended.
You can also define the Email Design. Customize the aesthetics of automated emails, choose the header and change the colors. To preview you can do it by clicking on the button.
- In the email header, you can add an image or choose a solid color.
- You can also define the color of the text and the color of the buttons.
