In ‘Production’ or ‘Live Distribution’ type live shows you can create outputs to a Watchity Player. Using this type of players, you have the option of adding access and chat forms to collect data and questions from your audience.
- Check all your player settings. Check the type of players created (minisite or embed), if you added form and chat, or if you defined public or private conversation.
- Download the report (XCL or CSV) of registration of each of the players, to obtain the data of the generated conversation and the input fields filled in by the audience (name, surname, etc.).
- Open a moderation room for each of the chats created. Get a URL and send it to someone to manage the chat for you.
