This information will let you know, for example, if the servers in the cloud are already available (started / not started) to execute all audio and video mixing operations.
Not started: the Event is not up and we can not transmit yet.
Initializing: the Event is in the process of getting up and we still can not transmit.
Initialized: the Event is up and we can start transmitting.
